The Human Resources (HR) Department of Moses Lake School District is dedicated to recruiting, developing, and supporting the talented individuals who contribute to the success of our students, schools, and district as a whole. What We Do:

  • Recruitment & Hiring: We hire qualified, passionate individuals who are dedicated to the educational success of our students. This includes managing job postings, overseeing the interview process, and ensuring the hiring process is seamless and efficient.

  • Employee Benefits & Wellness: HR manages comprehensive benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs, to ensure that employees are supported both personally and professionally.

  • Employee Relations: We maintain open lines of communication between staff and administration, resolving conflicts, addressing concerns, and fostering a collaborative work culture that promotes respect and teamwork.

  • Compliance & Policies: HR ensures that the district adheres to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as district-specific policies, creating a safe and fair environment for all employees.
