The Moses Lake School District’s website, including all its school sites, contains regularly updated pages. We strive to make all of them universally accessible.
We try to minimize the use of graphics and photos and provide descriptions when they are included. Video clips are open-captioned, giving access to users who need assistance hearing.
To help with the above goal, we have added a feature to our sites called PageAssist.
It is available on all our pages in the bottom left-hand corner. The purple icon looks like a tiny person within a circle.

When you hover over it, you will see text that says, "Discover your personalization options."

Acquia's PageAssist helps users navigate websites. This page describes the features within PageAssist.
This organization is committed to providing a website accessible to all users regardless of ability. We recognize the importance and continually work to increase its accessibility and usability.
Our website should comply with Section 504 and Title II of the Rehabilitation Act. Section 504 requires equal access to and communication of electronic information and data to be accessible to everyone. The district is utilizing the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 - 2.1 A, AA to meet the requirements of Section 504.
Conformance with these guidelines will help make the web more user-friendly.
