Office 356 is now free to all MLSD employees through our new Microsoft 365 licensing program. Under this agreement, we can offer 5 personal downloads of Office 365 per MLSD employee.
So, what does this mean?
If you would like to use Office 365 for personal use, you can have it on five (5) separate computers free of charge. There are no shipping costs or other hidden fees.
Interested?
Please open a help desk ticket by emailing helpdesk@mlsd161.org and include "Office 365 Request" in the subject line. Once we receive your request, the Tech Department will create your Microsoft 365 account and include the credentials and Office 365 download instructions in the ticket.

Enter your username and your current computer/email password.
For staff, that generally means your first initial/last name.
For students, this would be your first initial/last name and the last two digits of your student ID.
If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgotten Password link at the bottom.
Once logged in, you will see the main menu and four buttons.
When you select Change Password, ensure you follow the requirements on the page.
And here's what you will see on the Account Information page.
The top right-hand corner of the page has the logout icon.
Also, on this page, you can change the language.
Look for the flag icon and corresponding language, select the language, and change to your preference.
