CBTech Students Earn Top Honors at HOSA State Leadership Conference
Two students from the Columbia Basin Technical Skills Center (CBTech) recently showcased their skills and dedication at the HOSA State Leadership Conference, earning top placements in their respective events.
Kimberly Perez demonstrated exceptional proficiency in Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) skills, securing 5th place in a highly competitive field. Her performance reflects not only her technical abilities but also her commitment to excellence in healthcare.
Meanwhile, Keily Giselle Argueta Diaz excelled in Interview Skills, earning an impressive 2nd place finish. Her success in this event qualifies her to compete at the HOSA International Leadership Conference, a prestigious opportunity that brings together top students from across the country.
“These students have worked incredibly hard to develop their skills and prepare for competition,” said Director of Public Relations Ryan Shannon. “Their achievements highlight their dedication to the healthcare field and the outstanding education and training they receive at CBTech.”
Both students have represented CBTech and the Moses Lake School District with distinction, demonstrating the high level of talent and perseverance among local students pursuing careers in healthcare.
