The Moses Lake School District School Board is accepting applications and nominations for an open District 4 seat on the Board of Directors following the resignation of Board Member, Kevin Fuhr. 

As per district policy, the remaining board members intend to appoint a replacement to serve out the remainder of the term for Position #4. The short-term candidate will fill the position vacancy until the term expires at the next regular school election, occurring on November 2, 2025. 

• Applications or nominations are due no later than 12pm on Thursday, August 15, 2024. 

• Interviews of selected candidates will take place in a meeting open to the public - Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 6pm 

• Candidate will be announced during a regularly scheduled board meeting -  Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 6pm. 

• Candidates are required to be U.S. citizens, registered voters, and live within the MLSD District #4 boundary (South of I-90).
