Mike Mattos is an internationally recognized author, presenter, practitioner, and consultant. He co-created the RTI at Work approach to systemic interventions and is a thought leader of the Professional Learning Communities at Work (PLC) process, advancing the work of his mentors, Richard DuFour and Robert Eaker. As a former elementary and middle school teacher and principal with 23 years of onsite experience, Mattos created powerful, award-winning PLCs, improving learning for all students.
